Cut out animation research

This is an absolutely excellent example of cut out animation, used to promote travel with United airlines. The style of which the story is told and the detail in the design of the characters is where I am taking some of my inspiration from with my next task. The brief was to design and create a cut out animation based on a fairytale, myth or legend. I am choosing to base my cut out animation on Dinas Emrys, the story of the two dragons.
